Transformers: The Last Knight – Interview with Isabela Moner

Transformers: The Last Knight is now playing! We had a chance to sit down with Isabela Moner who plays “Izabella” and get a glimpse into her life and what being a part of this billion franchise has meant to her and a few more topics that you will be able to listen to in the interview. We were joined by 3 other bloggers  so you will hear them ask questions as well. Isabela Moner was born on July 10, 2001 and has a Peruvian (Yay!) background and has gone from TV to Broadway to now this mega successful franchise we all know as the Transformers. She was a joy to talk to and very open about set life and being a kid in this big world called Hollywood. Some key points we talked about was balancing school and social life during this giant production and what she is looking forward to doing in the future. One other topic we talked about was using her platform now to draw attention to latinos in Hollywood and about being a Latina in Hollywood and not falling into the same stereotypical roles that happens way too much. It is great to see such a young actress that is so talented and also socially aware of what is going on and open to discussing these topics. She is able to deliver on screen as well as off screen and we know there are big things on the horizon for Isabella Moner. Keep an eye out!

When all seems lost, a few brave souls can save everything we’ve ever known.

The Last Knight shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise, and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock).

There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.

Transformers is coming to theatres June 2017!
Directed by Michael Bay
Cast: Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Anthony Hopkins, Laura Haddock, Isabella Moner, Stanley Tucci, John Turturro
